Sew What? is also able to help you with your home decorating. We can recover cushions (for indoor and outdoor), make pillows, duvet covers, coverlets, draperies and curtains. For commercial businesses, custom skirting, out of woven fabrics or spandex, can be made for banquet tables or Cambro banquet equipment to improve its aesthetic appeal when in the presence of guests.
Pricing for pillows starts at $25 each.
Pricing for recovering cushions starts at $50 each.
Shortening curtains runs around $20 / panel (unlined) and $30 / panel (lined)
Constructing new curtains generally cost about $50 / fabric width.
We very rarely do house calls, and do not hang curtains. If this is something you require, please do not be afraid to call, I am happy to refer you to someone who can better fulfill your needs.
Sew What? is primarily works with clothing. For larger jobs or upholstery, I will refer the job to other professionals with whom I am associated, and whose primary focus is upholstery.
We do not supply fabric or have samples. We do have a list of fabric stores to recommend.
